At the centre is a heart-cut tanzanite in an intense blue with violet reflections, held by white gold prongs and surrounded by a frame of small diamonds that follows its shape. 1 heart-cut tanzanite measuring 5x5 mm and weighing 0.46 ct. The tanzanite has a deep, vivid blue that differs from the usual sapphire and stands out near the face.

The diamonds
14 natural round brilliant-cut diamonds for a total weight of 0.105 ct, colour G and clarity SI. They are set around the stone to form a heart-shaped border and enhance the blue of the tanzanite.
