These are the latest additions to G-SHOCK's new G-SQUAD sports line. The designs and colors of these models optimize the combination options with both everyday and workout outfits. Functionally, these watches connect with the CASIO WATCHES phone app to provide access to a host of features that enhance workouts. Daily health and fitness support features include a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks step count, a Multi-Timer that lets you create up to 20 combinations of five timers each, memory for up to 200 lap records, and more. The app also allows you to keep step logs with five training intensity levels, calculate calories burned, specify a daily goal, create timer combinations and send them to the watch, store stopwatch measurement data, view data, and more. All of this combines to help plan and record workouts, making them more effective and enjoyable. Other features include app-based automatic time adjustment and other functions for more accurate timekeeping, and an automatic LED light to make workouts easier in low-light areas. The lugs inside the band, where it connects to the case, a new loop shape that prevents slipping, and more holes for a better fit all contribute to a more comfortable fit. The band size can be precisely adjusted.
