At the centre of each earring is a natural oval-cut emerald of intense green, weighing 0.73 ct in total for the pair. Around the stone runs a double halo of natural brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing 0.44 ct in total: the halo increases the luminous surface area and highlights the green of the emerald. The setting is in 18 kt white gold. The earrings are studs, so they sit close to the ear and can be worn every day, and close with a butterfly back on the post.
